Meet Dr. Purcell

Dr. Purcell comes to us from Minnesota, the youngest of three siblings, he grew up in a river town with great access to outdoor activities. Graduating from Luther College in Northeast Iowa he began working in health information services where he provided software setup, training, and support for 4 years before attending dental school at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Upon completing his predoctoral training he pursued a one-year residency at the University of Utah hospital in Salt Lake City where he continued to enjoy practicing general dentistry and acquired advanced training in endodontics, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry. He has professional affiliations with the ADA and AGD to support the profession and build relationships with colleagues.

He and his girlfriend are looking forward to making the Pacific Northwest home, exploring all Vancouver and Portland have to offer, and taking advantage of the great access to the outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and camping. They are also excited to spend time with family in the area.
