Meet Mr. Bennett
Here at Columbia River Dentistry, we are committed to making your experience with us outstanding from beginning to end. And that goes for patients that have anxiety about coming to the dentist as well! Meet Mr. Bennett, our new therapy dog at CRD. He’s in training to make your trip to the dentist a little less stressful and a lot more fun!
Once Mr. Bennett is fully trained, he will be available to sense anxiety and provide comfort for any of our patients feeling a little uneasy during an appointment.
Science has shown that therapy dogs will help you heal faster, get you through that appointment with less anxiety, and create a positive association with visiting the dentist regularly.
You may see Mr. Bennett in any of our offices from time to time as he becomes accustomed to the environment. While he is not officially working yet, feel free say hi! He’s very friendly!
Mr. Bennett loves long walks in the park and Sunday afternoon drives with his head out the window. He also has an Instagram page @dentaldooodle. (Notice the 3 O’s) Feel free to follow his training progress!
